BAB V
PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN
Pasal 14
1. Setiap pengambilan keputusan dalam Forum Nasional Kebijakan Nomor PI dilakukan secara musyawarah mufakat.
2. Dalam hal musyawarah mufakat sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) tidak tercapai kesepakatan, keputusan diambil dengan suara terbanyak melalui pemungutan suara.
Pasal 15
Untuk menjaga kepentingan publik yang lebih luas, Menteri dapat menolak keputusan Forum Nasional Kebijakan Nomor PI.
