Finland is a leader of the Shelter Coalition, and we have an agreement to work within this Coalition to secure additional funding for shelter construction in Ukraine. Construction is already underway in different regions of our country – various projects. Some will be completed in the near future, while others are more complex – particularly shelters in hospitals – and are still under construction. We are also placing emphasis on providing mobile shelters. The fact is that the Shelter Coalition has begun its work. We agreed that Finland will try to organize an international meeting with other countries participating in the Coalition. There are currently 16 members, and the Coalition will expand. I presented state awards to intelligence officers of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. I congratulated them on their professional day, which was marked in Ukraine on October 20. Every component of our Security and Defense Forces is extremely important today. Every person, every warrior, every intelligence officer. There were reports on efforts to deal with the aftermath of Russian attacks on our cities and communities. Overnight, Russia used, among other weapons, three ballistic missiles with cluster warheads against Kyiv. These missiles are designed to detonate in the air as they approach their targets, spreading damage across an area 400 meters in diameter. One of them struck Pechersk, Kyiv's historic center, hitting the area between the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra and the Holy Presentation Monastery. Three waves of ballistic missiles have been launched at Kyiv by Russian “humanitarians” since yesterday evening. They used 21 missiles.
