BAB IX
PENYIDIKAN
Pasal 56
1. Penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana yang diatur dalam Undang-undang ini dilakukan sesuai dengan Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Acara Pidana.
2. Khusus bagi tindak pidana yang terkait dengan pelanggaran ketentuan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 34 ayat (5) huruf b dan huruf e, penyidikan dilakukan oleh Pejabat Pegawai Negeri Sipil sesuai dengan ketentuan Undang-undang yang berlaku.
