BAB VIII
PENGAWASAN DAN EVALUASI
Pasal 18
1. Pengawasan atas Pengelolaan Nomor PI dilaksanakan oleh Direktur Jenderal.
2. Hasil pengawasan sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja Forum Nasional Kebijakan Nomor PI, Pengelola Nomor PI Nasional, dan Pengelola Nomor PI Lokal.
Pasal 19
Direktur Jenderal menyampaikan laporan hasil pengawasan kepada Menteri paling sedikit 1 (satu) kali dalam setahun atau sewaktu-waktu jika diminta oleh Menteri.
