BAB VI
FKPPID DAERAH
Pasal 11
1. Untuk melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi FKPPID di daerah, Pemerintah Daerah dapat membentuk FKPPID daerah yang ditetapkan oleh Gubernur atau Bupati/Walikota.
2. Anggaran kegiatan FKPPID daerah bersumber dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Pemerintah Provinsi dan/atau Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota.
3. Untuk kelancaran arus informasi dan penyelenggaraan koordinasi di daerah, FKPPID daerah berkoordinasi dengan FKPPID.
