BAB VI
SERVER NAMA DOMAIN
Pasal 20
1. Instansi yang menggunakan Nama Domain wajib menggunakan Server Nama Domain yang berada di wilayah hukum Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
2. Instansi yang menggunakan Nama Domain wajib menggunakan Alamat Protokol Internet (IP Address) yang berada di wilayah hukum Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
3. Server Nama Domain yang dimaksud pada ayat (1) dan Alamat Protoko Internet (IP Address) sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (2) wajib menggunakan Nama Domain Tingkat Tinggi Indonesia.
