FORMULA

P = V_rms I_rms cosφ

Assumptions

Required: nonnegative RMS values and −180°≤φ≤180° for sinusoids at the same frequency. Signed real power is allowed. Nonsinusoidal total power factor, apparent power and reactive power are excluded.

Displayed values are floating-point approximations. Design safety factors and unprovided error contributions are not calculated.
