BAB II
KEDUDUKAN DAN KEANGGOTAAN
Pasal 2
1. FKPPID berkedudukan di Ibukota Negara Republik Indonesia.
2. FKPPID beranggotakan Badan Publik meliputi:
1. Kementerian;
2. Lembaga Negara;
3. Kesekretariatan Lembaga Tinggi Negara;
4. Lembaga setingkat Menteri;
5. Lembaga Pemerintah nonKementerian;
6. Lembaga Penyiaran Publik;
7. Kesekretariatan Lembaga Negara nonStruktural;
8. Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi;
9. Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten/Kota;
10. Badan Usaha Milik Negara;
11. Badan Usaha Milik Daerah; dan
12. Perguruan Tinggi Negeri.
