BAB VIII
KETENTUAN PERALIHAN
Pasal 22
1. Pada saat Peraturan Menteri ini berlaku, Instansi yang telah menggunakan Nama Domain sebelum berlakunya Peraturan Menteri ini, wajib menyesuaikan dengan Peraturan Menteri ini paling lambat 1 (satu) tahun terhitung sejak peraturan ini diundangkan.
2. Dalam hal Instansi yang telah menggunakan Nama Domain tidak melaksanakan ketentuan sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1), Direktur Jenderal menonaktifkan Nama Domain secara permanen.
