If you defraud the American taxpayer, you ought to go to jail for your crimes. I’m thankful for President Trump’s proposal to ensure minimum sentences on fraudsters who take advantage of our publicly funded programs. The ball is in your court Congress. Today, we’re taking another major step towards making that promise of energy dominance a reality. I’m excited to announce the Alaska Railbelt Transmission Project, which is going to devote $400 million dollars to building out Alaska's power grid. With this project, the Trump Administration will help develop more than two hundred miles of new transmission line, lowering costs and strengthening grid reliability for 75% of the population of the state.

Another example of President Trump acting quickly to tackle an urgent issue. In this administration, we’re fighting every day to help hard working Americans, especially our farmers.
