It is my honor to nominate Harold “Hal” Mooty as Judge for the Northern District of Alabama. Hal is one of the top Commercial Litigators in Alabama, a State that I love, and won BIG three times, in 2016, 2020, and 2024. Hal earned both his Undergraduate and Law Degrees from the University of Alabama, and has developed an incredible reputation for being tough, smart, and fiercely devoted to the Rule of Law, and our Constitution. The Great People of Alabama will have a strong Champion in Hal. Congratulations!
