Otto would never have been seen alive again if not for the strength of the Trump Administration. He was taken during Obama/Biden - That’s when a deal to get him out of North Korea should have been made. Nikki was all talk and no action. I got him out, but by the time I assumed office, he was very close to death. GOD BLESS OTTO!
