Capitol police attacked on January 6th are suing to stop the slush fund. 35 retired judges filed a motion to stop the “unprecedentedly fraudulent” slush fund. It’s a sick misuse of taxpayer money and California will make sure no one in our state gets a dime.

The guy who was impeached, indicted, and helped lead Trump’s effort to overturn the 2020 election just became the Republican nominee for U.S. Senate in Texas. Everything is on the line this November.

A federal court found Alabama’s maps were intentionally ERASING Black representation. Yeah. We noticed. And we won’t forget. MAGA must pay a political price for attacking voting rights.

Trump’s golden era.

The Voting Rights Act was bipartisan law for decades. Then SCOTUS handed red states carte blanche to RIG elections and SILENCE voters. WAKE UP.

Donald Trump and MAGA are trying to erase decades of progress. Civil rights. Voting rights. LGBTQ rights. Women's rights. We can’t sit back and watch it happen.

The system is broken. Billionaires get richer. Workers get replaced by algorithms. The economic disruption is here. And California is taking action today. We have to build a future that protects workers, supports small businesses, and ensures the new economy works for everyone, not just a handful of tech companies. It’s time to rewrite the rules to make sure THE PEOPLE benefit.

Workers are being left behind. AI is about to make it worse. In the absence of federal leadership, California is stepping up to protect working people.
